  • Will the Republican Party win the NC-07 House seat?80¢80%
  • Will the Democratic Party win the NC-07 House seat?21¢21%

Incumbent Republican David Rouzer holds a substantial edge in North Carolina’s 7th congressional district, a seat rated Solid Republican by forecasters with an R+7 Partisan Voter Index. His strong primary performance, large fundraising lead of roughly $2.5 million raised and $2.1 million cash on hand versus Hardy’s $390,000 raised and $20,000 cash, and consistent alignment with the Republican majority support the 79% trader consensus. An August poll showed Rouzer ahead 45-39% with 13% undecided, but no newer surveys exist. With early voting underway and Election Day on November 3, the market pricing reflects the structural advantages of incumbency and district composition over any recent campaign developments.
