Philip Brown, the incumbent seeking a third term, leads trader consensus in the Charlottetown mayoral race at 65% amid a seven-candidate field heading to the November 2 vote. His established profile, prior victories including 2022, and focus on public transit, affordable housing, and climate preparedness underpin the positioning against challengers. Daniel Mullen, an entrepreneur and repeat candidate emphasizing governance reforms and infrastructure, sits at 19.5% as the clearest alternative. Lower-priced options such as Amir Zuccolo and Daniel Cousins reflect limited visibility and campaign momentum in recent weeks. With nominations closed on October 16, the multi-candidate split keeps the outcome from appearing settled despite Brown's frontrunner status in market pricing.
