This market will resolve to "Nathaniel Wood" if Nathaniel Wood is officially declared the winner of the fight against Pavel Andrusca at UFC Fight Night: Hooker vs. Parnasse, scheduled for September 5, 2026. It will resolve to "Pavel Andrusca" if Pavel Andrusca is officially declared the winner. If the fight is declared a draw or technical draw, ruled a No Contest, not scored, canceled, or postponed beyond September 19, 2026, this market will resolve "50-50." The resolution source for this market will be official information from the UFC.
Nathaniel Wood enters this featherweight prelim bout as the clear favorite due to his UFC experience, four-fight win streak, and recent victories over prospects like Morgan Charriere, Jose Delgado, and Losene Keita. The 33-year-old Englishman holds an 11-3 Octagon record and has adapted well since moving up from bantamweight. Pavel Andrusca, an undefeated 24-year-old Moldovan prospect with an 8-0 record and seven finishes, steps in on just five days' notice after Mairon Santos withdrew due to illness. Andrusca brings elite wrestling credentials and knockout power but faces a significant step up in competition and preparation challenges on short notice. Trader consensus reflects Wood's established resume and home-region familiarity outweighing the debutant's finishing threat.
