Joe Burrow holds the early edge in the 2026 passing touchdowns race with 20 through seven games, one ahead of Kirk Cousins, but the leaderboard remains tightly bunched as Trevor Lawrence sits at 17, Jordan Love at 16, and a cluster including Jared Goff, Drake Maye, Matthew Stafford, and Brock Purdy at 15. High-volume passers such as Love and Stafford sustain output through heavy attempts and supporting casts, while efficient offenses and recent form keep several others within striking distance with roughly nine weeks remaining. Lower totals for players like Lamar Jackson and Jayden Daniels reflect fewer appearances to date, yet their per-game production and upcoming schedules preserve realistic paths to close the gap. Trader consensus prices reflect this narrow separation among a broad group of contenders rather than any single dominant trajectory.
