This market will resolve to the coach who wins the 2026 Coach of the Year award in the PLL. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by PLL rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the coach whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 PLL season is cancelled, postponed after September 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the PLL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

The announcement of the Dick Edell Coach of the Year finalists has concentrated trader attention on Chris Bates of the Utah Archers, Bill Tierney of the Philadelphia Waterdogs, and Brian Holman of the Boston Cannons. Bates guided the Archers to a 7-5 regular-season mark and a conference finals appearance, while Tierney steered the top-seeded Waterdogs to a 9-3 record and similar playoff depth. Holman’s Cannons finished 7-5 with consistent results that earned finalist status. These comparable regular-season successes, combined with established coaching pedigrees and head-to-head scheduling outcomes, have produced the tightest probabilities among the three leaders.
