In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
9z Globant enters the LRS 2026 Split 2 Playoffs upper bracket final as the slight favorite against Golden Lions, driven by superior recent form and roster continuity. The Argentinian side defeated Golden Lions 2-1 in their July 2 regular-season BO3 and has posted strong playoff results, including series wins over Maze Gaming. Their lineup featuring Aloned in mid, Nate on top, and Apoka in the jungle provides consistent execution across maps. Golden Lions, a Peruvian squad with recent additions like Brayaron, Piqueos, and Self, secured a 3-1 playoff win over Volticons but showed vulnerabilities in prior head-to-head losses. In the BO5 format, adaptation to patch 26.14, objective control, and mid-to-late game teamfights will likely decide advancement to the grand final, with traders weighing 9z's momentum against Golden Lions' home-region resilience.
