Yanaki Milev enters this ITF M25 Oviedo clay-court second-round matchup as the clear favorite against qualifier Jose Dominguez Alonso. The 22-year-old Bulgarian, ranked near 858 with a career-high of 443, brings stronger overall experience and a solid clay record exceeding 130 wins. He advanced comfortably in the opening round with a 5-0 retirement victory over Carlos Lopez Montagud. Dominguez Alonso, a 26-year-old Spaniard ranked outside the top 1,900, has posted an even 2026 record with some clay success but remains far lower-ranked and has yet to face comparable opposition depth. Milev’s superior recent results and surface familiarity shape the current trader consensus on this first meeting.
