Anthropic’s October 26 S-1 filing with the SEC has become the dominant catalyst for trader sentiment around its potential Nasdaq listing under ticker ANT, with marketing eyed for the week of November 9 and trading targeted for the week of November 16 ahead of Thanksgiving. The prospectus highlighted first-half 2026 revenue of $16.3 billion—up 1,300 percent year-over-year—with second-quarter operating profit of $974 million, offset by an $80.7 billion net loss driven largely by non-cash convertible note revaluations. Reported targets point to a $1.5–2 trillion valuation and a potential $75–100 billion raise, positioning the deal as larger than SpaceX’s June IPO amid elevated Treasury yields and AI compute-cost scrutiny. Key near-term milestones include final pricing, lock-up terms, and any shifts in broader equity sentiment or regulatory review that could still alter the timeline.
This market will resolve to "Yes" if Anthropic shares are listed on a public securities exchange and open for trading by 11:59 PM ET on the listed date. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." If Anthropic is acquired by another company that is already public, this market will immediately resolve to "No." The primary resolution source for this market is official filings and announcements from Anthropic and the relevant securities exchange on which the shares are listed, including SEC filings (e.g., Form S-1, Form 8-A), exchange listing confirmations, and official press releases from Anthropic; however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
