The upcoming October 26 shortlist announcement for Golden Joystick Awards Ultimate Game of the Year remains the dominant catalyst, as public voting in that category opens immediately afterward and runs through October 30 ahead of the November 11 ceremony. Trader sentiment reflects a wide-open field, with 007: First Light and Resident Evil Requiem carrying strong momentum from multiple nominations across Console Game of the Year, storytelling, and performance categories, while PC standouts like Big Walk, Crimson Desert, Mewgenics, and The Blood of Dawnwalker compete for attention in a diverse slate. Historical precedent favors titles with broad critical and audience crossover, yet the public-voted nature introduces volatility once the official contenders surface.
Zasady
Golden Joystick Awards co roku przyznaje nagrodę „Ultimate Game of the Year”, wyróżniając najlepszą grę ogółem na wszystkich platformach, wybraną w głosowaniu publiczności. Wręczenie nagród Golden Joystick Awards 2026 zaplanowano na 11 listopada 2026. Ten rynek zostanie rozstrzygnięty na podstawie wymienionej gry wideo, która zdobędzie nagrodę Golden Joystick Award 2026 w kategorii Ultimate Game of the Year.
