The tight clustering of implied probabilities near 50% for several nominees, including League of Legends, reflects the competitive dynamics of the 2026 Esports Awards race ahead of voting closure on November 10. League of Legends maintains strong positioning through sustained international events like Worlds and consistent player engagement, while Counter-Strike 2 benefits from high prize pools and ongoing majors that highlight team performances. Honor of Kings leverages massive mobile viewership and its recent KPL Grand Finals with multimillion-dollar stakes, and Valorant gains from expanding circuits and roster momentum. These factors, combined with patch cycles, tournament results, and historical precedents such as League of Legends' 2025 win, keep the field balanced without a dominant frontrunner in trader consensus.
This market will resolve according to the game that wins Esports Game of the Year at the 2026 Esports Awards, scheduled to take place in Miami, Florida in November 2026. If the award is not presented, is canceled, or a winner has not been announced by December 14, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other." If multiple games are named co-winners, this market will resolve in favor of the game whose listed name comes first alphabetically. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the Esports Awards (esportsawards.com); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
