BetBoom Team enters this PARI Universe Group B best-of-3 as slight favorites at roughly 53% implied probability, reflecting their higher world ranking and established core despite recent roster adjustments with swedenstrong and coach TORONTOTOKYO. The CIS squad posted mixed results at BLAST Slam VIII, including a 1-2 loss to OG, while Astra Invicta, fielding a newly assembled European lineup anchored by Nightfall, Lorenof, DM, OmaR, and GH under KuroKy, dropped a 0-2 series to PARIVISION on opening day. With no prior head-to-head history and both sides navigating transitional form, the matchup hinges on draft execution and individual carry performances in an online group-stage setting where map wins determine advancement.
In the upcoming match between BetBoom Team and Astra Invicta in the PARI Universe Group B, initially scheduled for October 23, 2026 at 10:20 AM ET: This market is about the total kills in Game 1. This market will resolve to "Over" if the total kills in Game 1 is 46 or more. Otherwise, it will resolve to "Under". If the match is canceled (not played at all), this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before November 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of October 23, 2026 at 10:20 AM ET). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If Game 1 is never played due to forfeit, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to 50-50. If Game 1 begins but is not completed, this market will resolve to 50-50. If Game 1 is remade, resolution will be based on the total kills in the remade game only. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://www.dotabuff.com. However, if https://www.dotabuff.com has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In Dota 2, a "kill" for markets like team total kills, kill handicap, and interval kills is counted when an enemy hero dies and the game awards a hero kill event to the opposing team's score, which is the number shown on the in-game scoreboard and tracked in scoreboard feeds as team kills. In practical terms, this includes any enemy hero death that increments a team's kill score, regardless of who got the last hit, including situations where the victim dies to creeps, a tower, or neutrals as long as the kill is still credited to the enemy team. It does not include denies, such as killing your own allied units, and it also does not include building or objective destructions like towers, barracks, or Roshan, since those are tracked separately from kills. Assists also do not count as kills, because they are recorded as a separate player stat and multiple players can assist on a single kill.
