Carol Young Suh Lee holds a 2-0 head-to-head edge over Vendula Valdmannova, including a dominant 6-2, 6-2 semifinal victory on hard courts at the Warsaw 125 in early August 2026. Lee, ranked 143 with a recent WTA 125 title in Warsaw, brings more experience and consistent hard-court results, while the 18-year-old Valdmannova (ranked 165) has shown strong form with deep runs in European ITF events and US Open qualifying. The Barranquilla first-round match on outdoor hard courts favors the higher-ranked American based on surface history and recent momentum, though Valdmannova’s youth and improving ranking create realistic upset potential in a closely matched encounter.
