In the upcoming MLS game between Toronto FC and Chicago Fire FC, scheduled for September 5, 2026 at 7:30 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the halftime score of the Toronto FC vs. Chicago Fire FC match originally scheduled for September 5, 2026 at 7:30 PM ET, considering only goals scored within the first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time; second-half goals, extra time, and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual halftime score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Chicago Fire enter as the stronger side, sitting third in the Eastern Conference with an 11-6-4 record and positive goal difference, while Toronto FC languish around tenth with a 5-10-7 mark and multiple key absences including Jonathan Osorio, Deandre Kerr, and Nelson Palacio. Recent form favors Chicago, who remain unbeaten in their last five MLS outings with consistent attacking output from Philip Zinckernagel and Maren Haile-Selassie, contrasting Toronto’s pattern of draws and reliance on Dániel Sallói. The teams split earlier 2026 meetings, with Chicago claiming a 2-1 road win. At BMO Field, Toronto’s home record offers some counterbalance, yet both clubs’ recent high-event games and Chicago’s road momentum point toward a measured opening half where low exact scores like 0-0 or 1-0 often prevail in MLS Eastern Conference play.
