London Lions host Fraport Skyliners Frankfurt in BKT EuroCup Round 3 at Copper Box Arena, with both sides entering at 1-1 after splitting their opening games. The Lions secured their first win by defeating La Laguna Tenerife 89-77 at home behind Thomas Kennedy’s 26 points and Keenan Evans’ 21 points and five assists, while Frankfurt bounced back from a heavy road loss in Venice with a 79-71 home victory over Siauliai. Frankfurt arrive with strong domestic momentum, sitting third in the easyCredit BBL after three wins in four games led by Judah Mintz, but must navigate travel and the Lions’ defensive emphasis that has limited opponents to 74-77 points in EuroCup play. Home-court advantage, rebounding edges, and recent scoring outbursts shape the matchup dynamics ahead of tip-off.
