Tereza Valentova, the No. 3 seed ranked No. 57, faces Fangran Tian in the second round of the WTA 125 Ennoble Care Philly Open on outdoor hard courts. Valentova holds a clear edge in ranking, recent main-draw experience, and hard-court results (19-13), while the 19-year-old Czech has secured multiple titles including WTA 125 events and reached a career-high of No. 42 earlier in 2026. Tian, 23 and ranked No. 256, advanced past Lucciana Perez Alarcon in the first round but owns just one prior WTA main-draw hard-court match (0-1) despite a solid ITF record and recent ranking gains from No. 584. With no head-to-head history and both players posting comparable recent form, trader consensus reflects Valentova’s superior level and surface suitability as the dominant factor in pricing.
