Iga Swiatek enters the Cincinnati Open quarterfinal on a nine-match winning streak after capturing the Toronto title, where she defeated Elena Rybakina in the final. The five-time Grand Slam champion holds a recent edge in their head-to-head despite a tied overall series, leveraging superior consistency and movement on hard courts. Rybakina, ranked No. 2 and coming off strong Stuttgart and Toronto results, brings elite serving and power that can disrupt rhythm in shorter sets. Both players have advanced comfortably through early rounds with minimal fatigue, though Swiatek’s momentum and defensive baseline play give traders a consensus lean toward the Polish player in this WTA 1000 matchup.
