Madison Keys enters as the clear favorite against Katerina Siniakova in their Cincinnati Open third-round match on hard courts, supported by a 2-0 head-to-head record with straight-set victories, including a 2024 US Open win on the same surface. Keys (WTA 24, 30-13 in 2026) brings stronger singles form and power from the baseline, while Siniakova (WTA 44, roughly even 2026 singles record) has leaned more on doubles success and just survived a three-set second-round battle against Jessica Bouzas Maneiro. No significant injuries or withdrawals have altered the draw, leaving Keys' edge in consistency and recent results as the dominant driver of trader consensus on the outcome.
