Kamilla Rakhimova enters the Ningbo Open qualifying final as the higher-ranked player at No. 69 against Tatiana Prozorova at No. 117 on outdoor hard courts. Rakhimova holds a 1-0 head-to-head edge from their 2024 Ningbo qualifier meeting and brings more main-draw experience, though her recent results include early exits in Beijing and mixed qualifying outcomes in Wuhan. Prozorova arrives with strong momentum after a career-best run to the Singapore quarterfinals, where she defeated higher-ranked opponents, plus a straight-sets comeback victory over Mayar Sherif in the Ningbo semifinals. Both players won their prior matches on consecutive days, setting up a closely contested qualifier where the winner secures main-draw entry. Prozorova’s rapid ranking climb and recent hard-court form represent the primary variables traders are weighing against Rakhimova’s ranking advantage.
