Alexandra Eala holds the edge in the Ningbo Open first-round matchup on hard courts against Diane Parry, with traders assigning her roughly 73-74% implied probability based on recent betting lines. Ranked No. 19, the left-hander brings stronger overall 2026 results and a higher career-high ranking despite a recent slump featuring three straight losses, including a first-set collapse against qualifier Han Shi in Wuhan. Parry, at No. 32, captured the Monterrey title earlier in the season but has dropped her last several matches on hard courts, including straight-sets defeats in Beijing and Wuhan. The pair has no prior WTA head-to-head history, and both enter after limited rest on the Asian swing, with Eala’s superior ranking and baseline consistency driving the market consensus ahead of the Monday start.
