League of Legends Worlds 2026 features 19 teams across Play-In, Swiss, and single-elimination knockout stages, with the Grand Final set for November 14 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. The Play-In double-elimination bracket in Los Angeles is nearing completion, where Karmine Corp holds the upper bracket advantage after eliminating Cloud9 and MVK Esports, while FURIA remains alive in the lower bracket ahead of its October 17 matchup. LCK squads Gen.G, Hanwha Life Esports, T1, and Dplus Kia enter as the strongest regional group, backed by consistent domestic form and international experience, followed closely by LPL entries Anyone’s Legend, Bilibili Gaming, and Top Esports. No single dominant favorite has emerged due to widespread inconsistency, positioning T1’s bid for a fourth straight title and Gen.G’s macro discipline as key narratives heading into the Swiss Stage draw on October 23. Roster depth, patch adaptation, and bracket positioning will heavily influence which teams advance from the 16-team Swiss field to the quarterfinals and beyond.
