Losene Keita enters as the clear favorite in this featherweight main card opener at UFC Fight Night 287 in Paris, driven by his superior finishing rate—ten career knockouts—and youth advantage at age 28 against 32-year-old Muhammad Naimov. Keita rebounded from his March split-decision UFC debut loss to Nathaniel Wood by maintaining strong pre-fight momentum from Oktagon MMA success, while Naimov seeks a bounce-back after a quick third-round TKO defeat to Mairon Santos in December 2025, following two prior decision wins. Analysts highlight Keita's power and durability edge in striking exchanges, contrasted with Naimov's more straightforward style and greater Octagon experience since 2023. The matchup occurs on European soil, potentially amplifying home-region support for the Belgium-based prospect in a bout expected to test both fighters' recovery from recent setbacks.
