It will resolve to "Donte Johnson" if Donte Johnson is officially declared the winner. Donte Johnson's undefeated 8-0 record and finishing power stand out as the primary driver of trader sentiment in this middleweight early prelim at UFC 330. The 27-year-old southpaw has secured six knockouts and one submission, including a unanimous decision win over Cody Brundage in March 2026 and a second-round guillotine against Sedriques Dumas the prior November. Eric McConico, a 36-year-old veteran at 11-4-1, brings more UFC experience but enters on mixed results after a unanimous decision victory over Rodolfo Vieira in April and a third-round knockout loss to Baisangur Susurkaev in November 2025. The bout's shift from August 8 to August 15 at Philadelphia's Xfinity Mobile Arena gives both fighters additional preparation time, though Johnson's youth, recent momentum, and move to Las Vegas training could widen the gap in the eyes of the market.
