More markets for the Serie A game, scheduled for October 19 at 12:30 PM ET.
Cagliari enter the October 19 Serie A fixture at Stadio Brianteo in strong early-season form, sitting fourth after five matches with just two goals conceded and four wins. Their organized defense and counter-attacking efficiency have produced consistent results, though key absences including captain Alessandro Deiola (meniscus surgery) and striker Kevin Carlos (thigh) could test squad depth. Monza sit 16th with a porous backline that has allowed 12 goals in five league games and no clean sheets, despite some attacking output. Home results have been mixed amid injuries to Matteo Pessina and others. Historical head-to-heads give Cagliari a slight edge, and recent momentum points to a competitive contest where the visitors’ defensive organization and set-piece resilience may shape outcomes against Monza’s high concession rate.
