The NFC playoff race features two undefeated teams setting the early pace. Minnesota Vikings (5-0) and San Francisco 49ers (5-0) hold the top spots in the North and West, respectively, with strong conference records and favorable playoff odds around 82-94% in trader-implied markets. Carolina Panthers (3-2) lead the South after a Week 6 win over the Eagles, while the New York Giants (3-2-1) top the East despite a recent loss. In the North, the Bears (4-2), Packers (3-2), and Lions (3-2) battle for wild-card positioning, with recent results like Green Bay’s win over Dallas and Chicago’s victory over Atlanta shaping momentum. With 11-plus weeks remaining, injury reports, divisional matchups, and schedule strength will heavily influence which teams secure division titles for byes or win Wild Card games to reach the Divisional Round.
This market will resolve “Yes” if the listed team reaches the Divisional Round of the 2027 NFL Playoffs. If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed team to advance to the Divisional Round of the 2027 NFL Playoffs (e.g. they are mathematically eliminated), the associated market will resolve to "No". If the 2027 NFL Playoffs are cancelled, postponed after February 28, 2027, 11:59 PM ET or the Divisional Round matchups have not been declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “No”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NFL (https://www.nfl.com/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
