The clustered probabilities around 45–50% for multiple suitors reflect the fluid trade market for the 27-year-old Colts running back ahead of the November 10 deadline. Indianapolis has opened active discussions after dealing Quenton Nelson and DeForest Buckner, with reports confirming interest from the Giants, Vikings, Broncos, Bengals, Packers, Seahawks and others seeking backfield upgrades. Taylor’s strong 2026 production and two-year, $44 million extension (through 2028, with 2027 guarantees not fully vesting until February) make him a premium asset, though the Colts’ high asking price—reportedly a second-round pick plus additional compensation—has slowed negotiations. The lack of a clear frontrunner and Taylor’s stated preference to remain in Indianapolis keep the field wide open among contenders.
