This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed team is determined as the champion of the NHL for the 2026-27 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to be named as the champion of NHL for the 2026-27 season per the rules of NHL (e.g., participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared winners, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after June 30, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a champion has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the NHL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Multiple strong contenders enter the 2026-27 NHL season with intact cores, recent deep playoff runs, and active offseasons that sustain parity. The Carolina Hurricanes return as defending champions with continuity under their coaching staff, while the Florida Panthers bolstered their roster through key additions to challenge for back-to-back success. Colorado Avalanche and Edmonton Oilers maintain elite forward depth and goaltending stability, and teams like the Dallas Stars and Vegas Golden Knights benefit from consistent regular-season performance and home-ice factors in prior campaigns. This balanced landscape of experience, roster health, and schedule strength keeps implied probabilities clustered among the leaders.
