Oklahoma City Thunder and San Antonio Spurs stand out as the primary contenders to reach 60 wins in the 2026-27 NBA season, which tips off October 20. The Thunder enter with the league's strongest projected net rating, depth across the roster, and momentum from recent 64- and 68-win campaigns led by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. The Spurs benefit from Victor Wembanyama's defensive dominance, the addition of Tobias Harris, and a young core featuring Dylan Harper that delivered 62 wins last season. Most projections place both clubs in the mid-to-high 50s or low 60s, while Eastern Conference teams such as the Knicks, Celtics, and Pistons hover in the low-to-mid 50s. Schedule strength, health of key rotation players, and early-season form will determine whether any other squads can join them in that win range.
This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Atlanta Hawks win 60 or more games during the 2026-27 NBA regular season. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Only wins in 2026-27 NBA regular-season games count. NBA Cup group-play and knockout games other than the NBA Cup Championship game are regular-season games and count. Preseason, NBA Cup Championship game, Play-In Tournament and playoff games do not count. The 2026-27 NBA regular season is scheduled to run from October 20, 2026 to April 11, 2027. If at any point it becomes impossible for the Atlanta Hawks to win 60 or more games during the 2026-27 NBA regular season (e.g. they are mathematically eliminated), this market will resolve to "No". If the 2026-27 NBA regular season is cancelled, shortened, or postponed after April 25, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Yes" if the Atlanta Hawks have won 60 or more regular-season games by that time, and otherwise to "No". The primary resolution source will be official information from the NBA; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
