The Philadelphia 76ers (7-1) visit the Detroit Pistons (6-1) on November 4 at Little Caesars Arena in a primetime Eastern Conference showdown between the top two teams in the standings. The Pistons earned a 106-93 road win in the first meeting on October 25 behind Cade Cunningham’s 26 points, though both clubs were missing key contributors. Detroit continues without starting center Jalen Duren (hamstring) and guard Isaiah Joe (hip), relying on Paul Reed in the frontcourt, while Philadelphia is without Dominick Barlow (back) and Ariel Hukporti (Achilles). The 76ers enter on a four-game win streak after a 126-107 victory over Chicago, with Tyrese Maxey, Jaylen Brown, and LeBron James leading recent offensive output; the Pistons have won three straight, including a 124-91 rout at Charlotte. Both squads rank among the league’s elite defensively, with home-court edge and rebounding depth potentially tilting the scales for Detroit.
