Recent official forecasts from agencies and models indicate a minimum temperature near 26°C for Incheon/Seoul on August 24 amid persistent late-summer heat and high humidity levels near 90%. This aligns with ongoing heatwave conditions across the region, where daytime highs reach 30–32°C and nocturnal cooling remains limited by warm advection and partial cloud cover. Market-implied odds reflect trader consensus on these stable atmospheric patterns, consistent with historical late-August baselines elevated by seasonal warmth. A realistic shift below 26°C would require an unforecasted surge of cooler maritime air or heavier overnight precipitation, though current guidance shows low probability of such changes before resolution.
