T1 enters this Worlds 2026 Swiss Stage best-of-one as the historical favorite against Dplus KIA, backed by a dominant head-to-head record and a 3-1 playoff series win earlier in 2026. Both LCK sides arrive at 1-0 after convincing openers—T1 over LØS and Dplus KIA via a resilient comeback against G2—highlighting DK’s ability to capitalize on objectives and late fights despite early deficits. Roster stability, mid-lane control from ShowMaker versus Faker’s experience, and the high-variance nature of a single map in the Swiss format shape trader consensus, with T1 positioned as the favorite based on domestic form and head-to-head patterns. A Dplus KIA victory would require strong early objective denial and execution in skirmishes to overcome T1’s international pedigree.
