Matthew Dellavedova enters the M25 Taipei semifinals with stronger overall momentum on hard courts, holding a higher ranking near 310 and a 2026 win rate above 75 percent across recent events. Shunsuke Mitsui, ranked around 650, has shown solid local form with straight-set victories over Bouzige and Huang plus a three-set quarterfinal win against Wu Tung-Lin, though he faces a tougher stylistic test after their 2025 meeting ended in Dellavedova’s favor following a retirement. Both players maintain high first-serve percentages and break-point conversion on the surface, with Dellavedova’s greater experience and recent consistency likely shaping trader consensus around the implied probabilities. Schedule fatigue from the tight turnaround and any late physical issues could still influence the outcome.
