Mateus Alves enters the M15 Porto Velho final as the clear favorite against Victor Hugo Remondy Pagotto on outdoor hard courts, backed by his higher ATP ranking near 418, stronger overall record, and dominant recent form that includes nine wins in his last ten matches plus multiple 2026 ITF titles. Alves has won both prior meetings, including a straight-sets victory on clay in May, and has advanced through the Porto Velho draw with efficient straight-set performances. The younger Pagotto, ranked well outside the top 1000, has shown competitive results in the event with several wins but remains less experienced at this level. Surface transition from clay-heavy schedules and Alves' superior serve-return metrics add to the matchup edge, though Pagotto's recent match wins provide limited momentum for an upset.
