Nikita Mashtakov and Marcel Zielinski meet in the M15 Mistelbach semifinals on outdoor clay. Both players arrive in strong recent form on the surface, with Zielinski holding a slight edge via his higher ATP ranking (578 vs. Mashtakov’s 654–663) and superior 2026 clay record (34-14). Zielinski captured the M15 Bielsko-Biała title earlier in August and has dropped just one set across his three wins in Mistelbach, including a three-set quarterfinal victory. Mashtakov has also advanced convincingly, posting a straight-sets quarterfinal win after earlier three-setters, though his match lasted longer. The pair has no prior head-to-head record. Trader consensus reflects the close matchup driven by Zielinski’s volume of wins this season alongside Mashtakov’s reliable clay results and the inherent variability of ITF-level tennis.
