Cadence Brace, the No. 3 seed and world No. 255, enters the W35 Barueri final on hard courts after a dominant run that included straight-set victories over higher-seeded players and a tight semifinal win over local favorite Nauhany Leme da Silva. The 21-year-old Canadian holds a significant ranking edge over No. 7 seed Lan Mi (No. 465), who reached her first ITF final of this level with consistent hard-court results across recent South American events. Brace’s stronger recent form on the surface and experience against comparable opposition underpin trader consensus favoring her heavily, though Mi’s solid 2026 hard-court record leaves room for competitive sets in the title match.
