Manuel Mazza holds a recent edge over Jacopo Bilardo after defeating the younger Italian 6-3, 3-6, 6-0 in the final of the Ida Rubini national open in July 2026. Both players compete primarily on clay, where Mazza’s experience in M25 and Challenger events, combined with a higher ranking near 758, contrasts with Bilardo’s 1100-plus position and mixed results in M15/M25 tournaments this season. Bilardo, at 21, shows flashes of form through deep runs but has faced inconsistency against stronger opposition. The M15 Bologna encounter on clay will test baseline consistency and break-point conversion, with Mazza’s recent head-to-head dominance and schedule depth likely shaping trader consensus on implied probabilities.
