Both French players contest the M25+H Bagnères-de-Bigorre final on outdoor hard courts, with Raphael Perot holding a 1-0 head-to-head edge after a straight-sets win over Robin Bertrand on clay in the Royan Challenger first round in June. Perot, ranked near 338 with a career-high of 337, advanced by defeating Alex Knaff in the semis and enters with stronger recent results across surfaces. Bertrand, ranked around 409, reached the final by overcoming John Etcheverria and benefits from home support in France, including motivation from the local crowd and notable spectators. The hard-court setting and limited prior meetings on this surface add uncertainty to the closely matched encounter between the 23-year-old and 25-year-old.
