Current meteorological observations and short-term forecasts for Moscow on August 13 indicate a daily maximum near 14°C, with surface temperatures ranging 12–13°C during peak daytime hours under stable high-pressure conditions. Official guidance from agencies including the Finnish Meteorological Institute and Met Office aligns with this range, reflecting cooler-than-average late-summer air masses and limited insolation. Trader consensus at 99.8% implied probability for 14°C incorporates these verified readings and model agreement, while recognizing minor uncertainty from localized variations or measurement timing. A rapid warm advection or forecast revision could still shift the outcome toward 15°C or higher before final data are recorded.
