Current National Weather Service forecasts for Miami on August 24 point to a high near 91°F under mostly sunny skies shifting to scattered afternoon thunderstorms, consistent with the subtropical summer pattern of sea-breeze driven heating capped by convection. Trader consensus favoring the 92–93°F bin reflects expectations of brief strong insolation and limited early cloud cover before storms, amid recent relief from the mid-August heat wave that produced a 100°F record tie. Typical August climatology centers near 89–90°F, with model guidance showing modest variability tied to moisture and steering winds that could nudge the peak slightly higher or allow earlier cooling.
