This market can not resolve until the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source. The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Current forecasts for Jeddah on August 26 point to a daytime high of 37–39 °C under mostly clear skies and light westerly winds, consistent with August climatology of strong solar heating moderated by Red Sea breezes. Model consensus shows peak temperatures near midday to early afternoon, when insolation is highest and humidity remains moderate (around 40–50 %), but slight differences in wind speed or residual moisture could shift the exact maximum by 1–2 °C. Traders therefore price 38 °C highest, with meaningful probability on both 37 °C and 39 °C or above reflecting this narrow uncertainty band ahead of final observational data.
