This market will resolve to the temperature range that contains the highest temperature recorded by NOAA at the King Abdulaziz International Airport Station in degrees Celsius on 25 Aug '26. The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the highest reading under the "Temp" column for all times on this day, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=oejn To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to Metric Units" button until the relevant table displays °C. This market can not resolve until the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source. The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.

Forecast models and observational data position 37°C as the leading outcome for Jeddah's daily maximum on August 25, aligning with the market-implied 51.5% probability. Coastal Red Sea influences, persistent northwest winds, and mostly clear to scattered cloud cover are expected to moderate peak heating near the long-term August average of 36–38°C. Multiple numerical weather prediction runs and station guidance converge on afternoon highs of 37°C, with 38°C remaining plausible under slightly reduced cloud cover or lighter winds. Lower probabilities for 36°C or 39°C+ reflect limited model spread and the low likelihood of anomalous subsidence or stronger sea breezes altering the typical diurnal curve. No major synoptic shifts have occurred in recent days to deviate from this climatological baseline.
