This market will resolve according to the candidate who wins the nomination for the Republican Party to contest the FL-25 congressional district seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in the 2026 midterm elections. The Republican primary will take place on August 18, 2026. If no nominee is announced by November 3, 2026, 11:59PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be a consensus of official Republican sources, including https://www.rnc.org/. Any replacement of the nominee before election day will not change the resolution of the market.
Scott Singer holds a commanding position in the FL-25 Republican primary due to his established local profile as former Boca Raton mayor and consistent polling advantage ahead of the August 18 vote. A recent independent survey showed him leading the five-candidate field with 21% support among likely primary voters, ahead of Dan Franzese and George Moraitis. Early voting is already underway, and Singer's campaign has emphasized his record on taxes, affordability, and America First priorities. Negative exchanges with Franzese over residency and past spending have not shifted the race significantly. Trader consensus on Polymarket, including Singer's elevated share relative to lower-probability alternatives, aligns with these dynamics and the compressed timeline before primary resolution.
