This market will resolve according to the candidate who wins the nomination for the Republican Party to contest the FL-06 congressional district seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in the 2026 midterm elections. The Republican primary will take place on August 18, 2026. If no nominee is announced by November 3, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be a consensus of official Republican sources, including https://www.rnc.org/. Any replacement of the nominee before election day will not change the resolution of the market.

Randy Fine holds a commanding lead in the Florida 6th Congressional District Republican primary, scheduled for August 18, 2026, as the incumbent who won the seat in a 2025 special election. His position reflects substantial fundraising dominance, with over $4 million raised and more than $1.2 million in cash on hand as of late July, far outpacing challengers including Aaron Baker, Dan Bilzerian, and others. The district’s consistent Republican lean, combined with Fine’s established party infrastructure and early endorsements, has consolidated support among primary voters. While low-probability shifts remain possible from last-minute developments such as unforeseen scandals, health events, or unusually high challenger turnout in the final days before voting, the current fundraising and incumbency advantages align with the market’s assessment of limited competitive pressure.
