George Russell's sprint pole position from qualifying at Zandvoort has established him as the clear favorite for the Dutch Grand Prix sprint win at 49.5% implied probability, ahead of Lando Norris at 32%. Mercedes has shown strong pace on the high-speed, banked layout following the summer break and 2026 regulation adjustments, with Russell leading the grid ahead of Norris in second. Charles Leclerc sits third on the provisional sprint grid at 8%, reflecting Ferrari's competitive but slightly behind positioning, while Max Verstappen trails at 6.6% amid Red Bull's recent form. The short sprint format emphasizes qualifying results, tire management, and clean starts over race-long strategy, aligning with the current trader consensus on frontrunners.
