This market will resolve according to the winner of the Counter-Strike 2 tournament at the 2026 Esports World Cup (EWC 2026), currently scheduled for August 12 – August 23, 2026. If this tournament is postponed after September 6, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, canceled, or a winner has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other." If multiple teams are declared winner, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed team name comes first alphabetically. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the tournament organizer, the Esports World Cup; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
Team Vitality, Spirit, and Falcons lead the EWC 2026 CS2 winner market due to their strong 2026 form, stable rosters, and proven results in Valve Tier 1 events, including recent Major contention and consistent podium finishes. Vitality's depth and map pool edge them slightly ahead in trader consensus, while Spirit's individual firepower and Falcons' recent victories over top sides keep the top three tightly bunched. The 32-team field, ongoing group stage with BO1 risks, and potential for upsets from teams like MOUZ, G2, or NaVi create a competitive dynamic where no single squad has pulled away decisively early in the Paris event. Roster health, bracket positioning, and adaptation to the venue will shape further shifts.
