This market will resolve according to the game that wins Esports Game of the Year at the 2026 Esports Awards, scheduled to take place in Miami, Florida in November 2026. If the award is not presented, is canceled, or a winner has not been announced by December 14, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other." If multiple games are named co-winners, this market will resolve in favor of the game whose listed name comes first alphabetically. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the Esports Awards (esportsawards.com); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
League of Legends holds a narrow edge in trader consensus for the 2026 Esports Game of the Year award, reflecting its enduring global league infrastructure and consistent major event draw. Counter-Strike 2 follows with notable support driven by record-breaking Majors and strong peak viewership in 2026, while Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Valorant, and others remain competitive amid a crowded 12-nominee field that includes Dota 2, Fortnite, and Rocket League. Recent nominee announcements and ongoing daily public voting through November have kept probabilities tight, as established titles with massive regional followings, prize pools, and tournament circuits trade momentum based on sustained engagement rather than any single breakout performance. This balanced distribution underscores how historical dominance, live event visibility, and broad community participation continue to shape outcomes in the category.
