West Ham United host Southampton in the EFL Championship on October 24 at London Stadium, with both sides showing attacking intent but defensive vulnerabilities that support a broad spread of exact-score probabilities. West Ham sit near the top of the table with strong recent results, including high-scoring wins, and no significant injury concerns, while Southampton rank mid-table despite leading scorer Cyle Larin’s output. Southampton’s defensive absences—including Harwood-Bellis, Bednarek, Walker-Peters, and Bazunu—have left gaps, yet their forward threat and West Ham’s occasional concessions keep multiple low- and high-scoring lines competitive. Recent head-to-head encounters have often produced tight or open games, reinforcing trader views that no single scoreline dominates implied probabilities.
