HOTU and fnatic face off in a tight Group C opener at the $80,000 Stake Pulse Beat III LAN in Stockholm, with trader consensus pricing the series near 45-55% given similar world rankings around 35-40 and comparable recent form. Fnatic holds a narrow edge from winning their most recent BO3 2-1 on October 10 and posting a stronger 4-1 record in the prior five matches, while HOTU counters with strong map performances on Dust2 and Cache plus a 3-2 stretch. The veto leaves Ancient for fnatic's pick, Dust2 for HOTU, and Cache as the decider, highlighting stylistic matchups where individual impact from players like mizu and jackasmo could decide close maps. Both squads carry momentum into the double-elimination group alongside Astralis and Sashi.
