BakS eSports faces Misa Esports in the opening Best-of-3 of ESL Challenger League Season 52 Europe Cup #5 Group B on August 30. The Russian CIS squad enters with a stable roster featuring Norwi, xdENiSZERA, danistzz, whisper, and turbo, showing solid map wins in recent ESEA and CCT qualifiers alongside a third-place finish at the July CIS LAN Championship. Misa, a Turkish side with recent roster adjustments including EMSTAR, h0kz, and cyber, has posted mixed August results across ECL groups and CCT Challengers #5, securing wins against lower-tier opponents but dropping series to stronger European teams. BakS holds a 2-0 head-to-head edge from their January Exort Series meeting. Online Bo3 format and group-stage positioning emphasize early momentum and map-pool adaptability for both sides.
