Aurora Gaming enters this PGL Masters Bucharest Swiss opener as the clear favorite at roughly 60-70% implied probability, reflecting their #5 world ranking, deeper roster experience, and recent playoff runs that include wins over Team Falcons and FURIA. TheMongolz, ranked around #15-20 and making their tier-1 debut with nin9, bring strong recent form from 1win Private Club victories but face a significant step up in competition level. Map vetoes favor Aurora on Inferno while giving TheMongolz Nuke control, with Dust2 as the decider; head-to-head history shows Aurora holding a slight edge in prior BO3s. Both sides carry solid recent win streaks, though Aurora’s consistency against higher-caliber opponents shapes current trader consensus.
