BetBoom Team enters the IEM Beijing 2026 Group B upper-bracket quarterfinal as the clear favorite in trader consensus, driven by stronger recent form and a higher global ranking near ninth. The Russian squad posted wins over Spirit, Nemiga, and Natus Vincere at PGL Masters Bucharest before a quarterfinal exit to FURIA, while reaching the Thunderpick grand final. In contrast, 9z arrives after a five-match skid and a 0-3 group-stage exit in Bucharest against Vitality, MOUZ, and TYLOO, with just three wins in its prior 10 outings. Both rosters remain stable—BetBoom with Boombl4, zorte, s1ren, d1Ledez, and Magnojez; 9z with dgt, max, meyern, luchov, and HUASOPEEK—though 9z holds a 2-0 head-to-head edge that has not offset its current inconsistency. The BO3 carries direct implications for double-elimination advancement in the S-tier event.
